Job Summary:

The Cashier will be working under the direct supervision of Finance Manager; He/she will be responsible for making daily transactions, maintaining cash position, cashbook and handling cash.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Managing the petty cash.
2. Paying and managing the routine University’s expenses.
3. Recording the expenses in University’s MIS.
4. Preparing and managing the Cash Book.
5. Signing the cashbook and taking the approval of finance manager on accuracy of the cashbook.
6. Preparing and managing the Bank Book.
7. Managing the liquidity under the supervision of finance manager.
8. Obtaining and controlling the funds coming from cash based transactions such as Language Center, student affairs, parking lots, pharmacies, cafeteria and publications.
9. Transferring the amount received from cash based transactions to University’s bank account.
10. Other tasks assigned by finance manager.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or any relevant filed
2. 2 years of work experience in a similar field.
3. Excellent Inter-personnel skills
4. Fluency in English language
