 Daily study of updated rules of ETS Examination Center

 Reviewing the new procedures of Pearson Examination Center and ETS

 Changing operating systems of all clients and servers of Pearson and ETS Examination Center from Windows 7 to Windows 10

 Installing new updates provided by Pearson Examination Center and ETS

Regular and scheduled updates of client and server operating systems

Regular updates according to the update schedule of new exam centers

 Research and review of new examination centers for signing contracts

 Inquiring and announcing the required hardware and software specifications of the new ETS Examination Center

Weekly and monthly testing of exam center computers

 Testing all systems, the day before the exams

 Administering TOEFL and GRE exams on Saturdays and Sundays and Pearson exams on other days of the week

 Addressing candidates’ problems and questions before, after and during the exam

 Registration of applicants

 Configuring software installed on clients and servers

 Preparation, distribution and registration of language center diplomas

 Preparation, distribution and registration of language center certificates

 Administering TOEFL mock exams in cooperation with the University Language Center

 Coordinating and cooperating with the management of the Student Development Center and undertaking the assigned tasks

 Supervising exams

 Supervising mid-term and final exams of the university in cooperation with the management of student affairs

Designing advertisements, banners and certificates of short-term programs held by the Student Development Center

 Registration and guidance of candidates and applicants of Promote program

 Reviewing the conditions and searching for new examination centers

 Reviewing scholarships and attempting to find scholarships and study the Erasmus program

 Corresponding to obtain a Pearson PTE Language Examination License

 Preparing and studying to pass the Pearson Exam Center admin exam

 Reviewing the update of the rules and procedures for administration of ETS exams
