On 3/17/2019, Mr. Mohammad Zia Shafaei was officially appointed as the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance of Kateb University by a decree No. 22699. The text of the appointment order states, “According to your merits, I hereby appoint you as the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance of Kateb University and your success in advancing your duties in this post”. Mr. Mohammad Zia Shafaei holds a master’s degree in economics and specializes in international small financial services. He has more than a decade of practical and educational experience in the financial and banking sector of the country and in addition has worked with several consulting services companies as a free consultant in the field of research, training, business plan preparation, financial system launching and project evaluation.
