In a meeting between head of the Kabul Provincial Independent Legal Commission, Mr. Farzam, and head of Law and Political Science Faculty, and Dr. Rezaei, the director of Legal Clinic of Law, the two sides agreed on joint cooperation in dealing with cases of violence against women and provision of free legal services. Finally, it was agreed that Kabul Regional Office of the Afghan Human Rights Commission would refer the victims and litigants to domestic cases of violence against women to Kateb University’s Legal Clinic for free legal services.
It is worth mentioning that Faculty of Law and Political Science of Kateb University has been cooperating with Kabul Regional Office of Independent Human Rights Commission for the past two years in teaching the subject of “Human Rights” in Department of Law.
