This workshop was held on Wednesday, November 16, 2020, in the meeting hall of the Master’s Branch of Kateb University with the presence of the director of the legal clinic, lecturers of the Law Department, guests, and students. The workshop focused on introducing the position, approaches, importance, and achievements of the legal clinic.
This workshop started with the presentation of Mr. Amin Mohseni, the director of the legal clinic. Welcoming the guests, lecturers, and students, Mr. Mohseni spoke about the importance and status of the legal clinic.
Following that, Mr. Baz Mohammad Amozgar, a representative of the Independent Human Rights Commission, began his speech on the role of legal clinics in influencing home evasion cases. In his speech, Mr. Amozgar spoke about the social and personal consequences of darkening family relationships and the dangers of running away from home.
In the continuation of the program, Mr. Allamazada provided useful information to the audience about the concept and importance of the Legal Clinic in legal analysis, and writing, and critical thinking.
Then, Mr. Nowroz Ali Zaheri and Ms. Latifa Azarmehr, who each gave a speech on how to provide legal services to the poor in criminal cases and family cases. While providing information on the history of resolving criminal and family cases, he compared how it works today with how it worked in the past.
