On July 10, 2018, Mr. Ali Ahmad Yousefi, the chancellor of Kateb University had a meeting with Dr. Zabehullah Asadi the chancellor of Shahid Prof. Rabani Education University at Kateb University. They discussed the current situation of higher education in Afghanistan and possible strategic collaboration between Kateb University and Shahid Prof. Rabbani University.
